Denplan Essentials Membership
Monthly fee for Practice Membership is £17.89 which entitles the member to:
- 2 routine examinations per annum
- 2 scale & polish with the hygienist per annum
- Clinically required routine x-rays
- Discounted fees on all other treatments (Discounted fee on all routine dental treatment)
- Temporary emergency treatment in the UK up to £400 per incident
- Temporary emergency treatment overseas up £460 per incident
- Up to £62 for each night you stay in hospital under the care of dental maxillofacial surgeon
Please note: Payment for treatment must be paid prior to completion. If you are late for your appointment, you may not be seen. We require 24 hours' notice of cancellation for booked clinical time. Failure to attend for your appointment/s may result in a broken appointment charge.
We make every effort to see patients at their appointment time and apologise if you are kept waiting. This is usually due to an emergency requiring urgent attention. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care at Edgbaston Dental Centre, please ask to speak to the complaints manager, Thomas Stewart, or you can put your concerns in writing to him. A copy of our practice complaints procedure is on display at reception.
Finance available to UK residents aged 18 and above. Credit subject to status. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
